Academic Plans

Every quarter students meet individually with the counselor to review his/her individual Academic Plan that outlines credits and requirements needed to graduate and/or return to his/her comprehensive high schools.

All students are notified of his/her plan and what he/she needs to accomplish in order to earn his/her diploma.

Every student MUST earn a full 5 credits for each class per quarter.  Late registration entry date, poor attendance and/or not completing all required assignments for each class may result in earning fewer than 5 credits in each class.

Juniors and Seniors who fail to earn the full 5 credits for each class per quarter will be in jeopardy of not graduating on time and/or not being able to return to his/her home school.

If a student did not earn full credit in a class, he/she must make up his/her partial credits in PLATO (listed as TUTORIAL on his/her class schedule).

Students complete partial credit coursework on campus using the online PLATO Program.  Partial credits and additional coursework are indicated on the Academic Plan and have been discussed with the student.  It is the responsibility of the student to attend PLATO.

Please contact Ms. Jung if you have a question about your student’s Academic Plan.
